– Techniques to release tension in the neck, shoulders, and décolleté. 7 movements
– Primary techniques for the front of the face. 6 movements
– Techniques for the T-zone of the front of the face. 19 movements
– Connections between basic and advanced techniques. 4 movements
– Lateral warm-up techniques. 6 movements
– Lateral lift techniques. 7 movements
– Shiatsu face lift
– Cranial Shiatsu
– Drainage. 4 movements
– Complete 1-hour “KoBiDo Facial Experience” protocol
Mastering these movements requires continuous practice, starting slowly to ensure perfection before increasing speed.
(The training takes place in Amsterdam with a maximum of 4 participants)
What does this training entail?
✨Basic theory of skin anatomy and physiology. Theory about facial anatomy, skin and the lymphatic system is provided before the training day, so the focus during the course is mainly on practice.
✨Work protocol sylabus explaining all techniques step by step in Dutch, English, or Spanish.
✨Facial mannequin.
✨Aromatherapy in Kobido massage: how to use it and how to personalize your treatment.
