– Basic techniques for the forehead.

– Techniques for warming the sides of the face.
– Techniques for lifting the sides of the face.

– Shiatsu for facial rejuvenation
– Cranial Shiatsu
– Complete 1-hour “Kobido Facial Experience” protocol
– Demonstration of basic techniques with Gua Sha tools as a complement to the facial massage.
– An in-depth exploration of the ritual and artistic character of Kobido.
Mastering these movements requires continuous practice, starting slowly to ensure perfection before increasing speed.
(The training takes place in Amsterdam with a maximum of 4 participants)
What does this training entail?
✨Basic theory of skin anatomy and physiology. Theory about facial anatomy, skin and the lymphatic system is provided before the training day, so the focus during the course is mainly on practice.
✨Work protocol sylabus explaining all techniques step by step in Dutch, English, or Spanish.

✨Aromatherapy in Kobido massage: how to use it and how to personalize your treatment.
